Here is how to poach an egg.
You will need
1)Bring the water to a simmer and add the vinegar.
2)Crack the egg and add to the pot of water
3)Using a spoon spoon the white on top of the egg yolk. Be careful, the yolk may have sunk to the bottom of the pot.
4) Let cook for 3-5 minutes and remove from pot using a slotted spoon.
